• Documents you upload for similarity / AI content analysis
• File metadata (file name, size, upload time) and generated reports

• Razorpay Order ID, Payment ID and signature
• Payment method type (UPI, card type, netbanking, etc.)
• We do not store full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs on our servers.

Technical Information

• IP address, browser type, device information and usage data

4. Payment Processing — Razorpay

All payments are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. When you make a payment you are redirected to Razorpay's secure environment, where your payment details are collected and processed by Razorpay. 6. Data Retention

• Uploaded documents & reports: automatically purged from active storage 10 days after processing.
• Account data: retained until you request account deletion.
• Transaction records: retained as required by Indian tax and accounting laws (typically 8 years).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, update and request deletion of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for non-essential processing at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@plagiarismzone.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
